Who we are

What we collect

When you use the “Book Consultation” form on this site, you may provide: your name, phone number, email address, gender, the treatment you’re interested in, and any additional notes you choose to add.

Your name, phone number and email address are stored on our server so we can follow up with you. Gender, treatment interest and notes are sent to us as a text message notification but are not separately stored.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange your appointment. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with anyone beyond what’s described below.

Who it’s shared with

We use Twilio, a text-messaging service, to notify us of new enquiries by SMS. The details you submit (including gender, treatment interest and notes) are transmitted to Twilio as part of sending that message. Twilio processes this only to deliver the message and is bound by its own privacy and security practices.

Once we’ve been in touch to arrange your appointment, your booking and payment are managed through Fresha, a third-party booking platform. Any details you provide at that stage (such as payment information) are handled directly by Fresha under its own privacy policy, not by us.

How long we keep it

Stored enquiry details (name, phone number, email address) are kept for up to 12 months and cleared periodically. If you’d like your details removed sooner, email us and we’ll delete them.

Other services we use

This site uses a small number of external services to function:

• Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on this site.
• Google Maps — displays our studio location as an embedded map.
• Google Places — displays our Google reviews.

These services are provided by Google and may involve your browser exchanging data with Google as part of loading the page. This is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, not ours.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies of its own. Embedded Google services (above) may set their own cookies as part of how they function, in line with Google’s policies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask us: what personal data we hold about you; to correct it if it’s wrong; to delete it; to restrict or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email rsaesthetics82@gmail.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Age policy

Laser hair removal is available from age 16 with parental consent for non-intimate areas. Intimate area treatments, tattoo removal and semi-permanent makeup are 18+ only, with no exceptions.

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
